Job Description

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the day-to-day sales administration functions and coordination works with internal departments and customers.

 

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales contracts, product proposals and specifications
  • Organize and update the computer database
  • Coordinate with internal departments and customers for sales matters
  • Support sales team in all kinds of clerical work before and after-sales

Qualifications and Experience

Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
Education:
  • Diploma or above
Skills:
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
  • Diligent and meticulous
  • Eager to learn, flexible with good team spirit
