Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day sales administration functions and coordination works with internal departments and customers.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales contracts, product proposals and specifications
- Organize and update the computer database
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers for sales matters
- Support sales team in all kinds of clerical work before and after-sales
Qualifications and Experience
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years related experience
Education:
- Diploma or above
Skills:
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
- Diligent and meticulous
- Eager to learn, flexible with good team spirit
